DOUBLE-SIDED PADDLE STROP: This paddle strop features one suede and one smooth side. The suede side, a brown coarse leather, is slightly tufted and perfect for charging with honing paste. The reverse side is smooth prime leather, ideal for final sharpening. Use both sides to maintain a sharp edge on kitchen knives, straight razors, hunting knives, folding knives, chisels, and axes.

UPGRADED LARGER STROPPING AREA: The strop measures 15.7 inches in total length, with an 3" x 10" leather use area. The ergonomic handle suits both professionals and beginners. The longer surface is more efficient for stropping knives.

PREMIUM QUALITY: Made from high-quality cowhide and ash wood, with no deformation or cracking. We use a vegetable tanning and fine grinding process for a smooth, flat leather surface. The 11 oz, 4.3mm thick heavy buffalo leather can be softened by soaking in water or oil for one minute. The hard outer surface is suitable for stropping V-shaped cutting tools, while the soft flesh side is perfect for polishing convex blades.

UPGRADED DIAMOND PASTE & GREEN COMPOUND: - Green Compound: 0.5 microns Chrome Oxide, ideal for polishing stainless steel and alloy steel below a Rockwell hardness of 60. - Diamond Paste: 0.8-1 Micron Diamond, water-based and perfect for super-hard alloy powder steel, such as M390 VG10 S35vn.

DOUBLE-SPEED STROPPING YOUR KNIVES: Green compound is specifically designed for leather strops to provide a razor-sharp, polished, mirror edge on knives, carving chisels, and woodworking tools. Lower hardness knives are best suited for green compound sharpening, while harder knives benefit more from diamond paste to improve efficiency. These compounds can also polish gold and silver jewelry or remove watch glass scratches.
